We are only 1 1/2 weeks away from Dragon Gate USA’s return to Philadelphia on November 28th. This means things are getting red hot at www.DGUSA.tv so here is the latest:

ALERT: DGUSA is working out its schedule for 2010. It will be at least 6-9 months after the Nov. 28th Philly event until DGUSA returns to Philadelphia or anywhere in the northeast section of the United States. Don’t miss your chance to see DGUSA live when the first champion is crowned.

-There are only about 15 2nd row tickets left for the 11/28 Philly event. 1st, 3rd & VIP Balcony seats are already sold out. 2nd row is the last way you can get early admission to the Eddie Kingston vs. Hallowicked bonus bout and meet & greet. You will also get the free “Independent Tour De Force Vol. 1″ DVD. We asked six promotions to send us their best matches and they have responded. Check Gabe’s new blog for the lineup. -Dragon Gate USA is now on Itunes!!! Go to Itunes and do a search for “Dragon Gate USA” to hear Kevin Harvey’s new podcast with some exclusive scoops including new talent headed to DGUSA.

-The DGUSA.tv Feature Articles section has been updated everyday this week with previews of the first round matches in the Nov. 28th Open The Freedom Gate Title tourney in Philly. Go read about Davey Richards vs. YAMATO, CIMA vs. Mike Quackenbush vs. Super Crazy vs. Jorge Rivera and Brian Kendrick vs. BxB Hulk and leave your comments about each match.

-The 9/6/09 Chicago event, which was “Untouchable” on pay-per-view, will be released as the “Open The Untouchable Gate” double DVD. This is the show the Davey Richards vs. Shingo and Bryan Danielson vs. Naruki Doi match of the year candidates. We have loaded it up with 90 minutes of extras, bonus matches including the evolution of Davey Richards vs. Shingo, optional commentary, deluxe packaging and more. The DVD will start pre-ordering this Friday, Nov. 20th, in the DGUSA.tv Store. If you pre-order it you will get the Bryan Danielson baseball card like collectible ticket. This is a great keepsake from Danielson’s independent career. It will ship on December 6th so you can get it in plenty of time for Christmas.

-Speaking of Christmas, DGUSA is getting ready for a big holiday season. We have already lowered our domestic shipping rates. Stay tuned…

-Dragon Gate USA and Masked Republic announced a partnership. DGUSA is the first promotion to sign an apparel and licensing deal with Masked Republic, which is the first integrated live event, merchandising, and media organization in the United States specializing in the emerging growth market of lucha libre (Mexican wrestling). -DGUSA will be at this Sunday’s CHIKARA event. We will be selling tickets for the Nov. 28th card. This will also be the public unveiling of the beautiful Open The Freedom Gate Title belt. Wildcat Championship Belts (www.WildcatBelts.com) did a fantastic job making this strap. Fans can take pictures with the belt this Sunday at CHIKARA’s loaded “Season Finale” (www.CHIKARApro.com for card, tix & info).
